Salvatore and Helen Travolta are his parents' names. He is one of the greatest actors and roles in movies like "Saturday Night Fever", "Grease" and "Pulp Fiction" brought him fame and popularity. Other movies he appeared on are "Staying Alive", "Eyes of an Angel", "Phenomenon", "Mad City", "Primary Colors", "Lucky Numbers", "Swordfish", "Austin Powers in Goldmember" or "The Punisher".


He has received many awards and honors including a Golden Globe and was nominated for the Academy Award. On September 12, 1991 he married Kelly Preston. The couple has two children: Jett in 1992 and Ella Bleu in 2000.


During the
years he was seen on many magazine covers including four times on the Rolling Stones. In 2001 he was named Ambassador for Qantas. He has millions of fans worldwide and they can't wait to see his new roles and hear his new songs.
